We live in a rural area and do our best to ship all new orders within 7 business days.
We are seeing parcels to the USA take from 3-8 weeks to deliver right now. Please keep that in mind when ordering & if you want added peace of mind, opt-in for TRACKED shipping instead. That way we can see where your package is and you receive added insurance coverage as well.
Regrettably, the postal service cannot guarantee delivery dates due to COVID. By selecting TRACKED service you will be able to view delivery status of your parcel.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged shipments if parcel is not sent using tracked service.
Where applicable, DUTY, Import fees & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Effective July 1, 2021, customers in the EU will be required to pay applicable Duty & VAT fees, on their end, prior to delivery.
